About Engelberg

Getting here

Engelberg is located in the canton of Obwalden in central Switzerland. It is very easily accessible by train, with regular connections from Zurich Airport (ZRH) via Lucerne, offering a scenic journey of approximately 2 hours. The train station in Engelberg is conveniently situated in the village center, allowing for easy access to the lifts via a free ski bus or a short walk.
